You may exercise your right of withdrawal for purchases made through our online store within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Once your declaration has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt at the email address you provide. A member of the Pater Samouil team will then contact you to complete the withdrawal process.
